Invoice and payment
Ask for the invoice currency, the receiving bank details and who bears intermediary-bank charges before you transfer; all three are confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice.
Version, SIM and lock notes
Document the FCC compliance basis and verify regional bands, SIM hardware, network lock and IMEI status for each unit.
Import rules in brief
Imported radio-frequency devices must satisfy an FCC condition for entry and the applicable equipment-authorization rules. The FCC’s importation guidance explains the compliance basis an importer may need to document.
CBP requires the appropriate commercial entry process. Its 2025 de minimis notice says duty-free de minimis treatment ended for covered shipments, while CBP’s consumption-entry guidance shows that entry type depends on the circumstances. Confirm the current route with a customs broker.
Compliance and variant checks
- Record the FCC authorization or other applicable entry basis for each exact model.
- Verify bands and SIM hardware in the model-code guide, especially for regional variants.
- Put network-lock state and IMEI status on the lot list and perform any buyer-specific database checks before balance payment.
Payment and shipment planning
BiteLot accepts bank transfer only. Review how to order and request a dated quote showing current availability, invoice currency and bank fees. Provide the destination, quantity and broker instructions for a route quote.
Buyer review
Use the grading standard and inspection process to define acceptance. Import compliance and customs entry remain the buyer’s responsibility under the terms.
Rules and agency procedures can change. Confirm the current process with the named authorities and a qualified importer or customs broker in United States before ordering. Carrier activation at the destination and door-to-door transit time are outside BiteLot's control: confirm both with your destination carrier and your freight forwarder. Importing remains the buyer's responsibility under the terms.
