Invoice and payment
Ask for the invoice currency, the receiving bank details and who bears intermediary-bank charges before you transfer; all three are confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice.
Version, SIM and lock notes
Confirm type-approval status, regional variant and SIM hardware for every model in the proposed commercial lot.
Import rules in brief
The Bureau of Customs regulated-goods table says commercial quantities of mobile phones require prior NTC clearance, licence or an import permit before Customs clearance; see Customs Memorandum Order No. 17-2023. NTC has a separate limited procedure for non-type-approved equipment imported for testing, demonstration or type-approval activity.
That limited procedure is not evidence that an ordinary wholesale used-phone lot is admissible. The importer should confirm the correct NTC route for the exact models, condition and quantity before dispatch.
Prepare the model list first
- Record each exact model, regional variant, condition and quantity for NTC review.
- Compare SIM hardware in the model-code guide; do not infer compatibility from an iPhone family name.
- Put the network-lock state and IMEI status on the per-unit lot list.
Payment and shipment planning
Payment is by bank transfer only. Review how to order and request a dated quote showing current availability, invoice currency and bank fees. Provide the destination city and import instructions so the shipment route can be quoted.
Buyer review
Set acceptance requirements from the grading standard and inspection process. Import eligibility and clearance remain the buyer’s responsibility under the terms.
Rules and agency procedures can change. Confirm the current process with the named authorities and a qualified importer or customs broker in Philippines before ordering. Carrier activation at the destination and door-to-door transit time are outside BiteLot's control: confirm both with your destination carrier and your freight forwarder. Importing remains the buyer's responsibility under the terms.
