Import rules in brief
Pakistan’s Trade Information Portal says a commercially imported mobile-phone model must already be PTA type approved. The importer uses an FBR WeBOC account, submits device IMEIs through DIRBS and obtains the applicable Certificate of Compliance. FBR explains that DIRBS identifies non-compliant devices on local networks.
These sources do not guarantee that every model or used lot is eligible. Confirm the model approval and current commercial workflow before the shipment leaves the supplier.
DIRBS preparation
- Confirm PTA type approval for every exact model before sourcing approval.
- Prepare a complete, accurate IMEI list for the importer’s WeBOC-linked process.
- Check regional variants and SIM hardware in the model-code guide; a family name alone is insufficient.
Payment and shipment planning
BiteLot accepts bank transfer only. Read how to order, request a dated quote with current availability, invoice currency and bank fees, and provide the destination city and importer instructions for a route quote.
Buyer review
Review the grading standard and per-unit inspection process before approving the balance. Import eligibility and compliance remain the buyer’s responsibility under the terms.
Rules and agency procedures can change. Confirm the current process with the named authorities and a qualified importer or customs broker in Pakistan before ordering. Carrier activation at the destination and door-to-door transit time are outside BiteLot's control: confirm both with your destination carrier and your freight forwarder. Importing remains the buyer's responsibility under the terms.
