Do you publish prices?

No. Request a dated price list for the models, grades, quantity and destination country you need. Each quote shows current availability and is valid for 48 hours.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 units, and you may mix models and grades. Sample orders of 1–5 units are accepted at sample prices before a first bulk order.

How does payment work?

You pay a 30–50% deposit by bank transfer after confirming the dated price list. For pre-owned units, I source the lot and sign off on every unit's inspection record, you approve the lot list and per-unit videos, then you pay the balance before shipment. Sealed new units remain unopened; their IMEI, serial number, Apple coverage check and intact box seals are recorded on video instead. Only cleared funds count.

Do you accept PayPal, cards, Western Union or crypto?

No. Bank transfer to the account on the proforma invoice is the only payment method. I never send payment links, and the account details do not change by email or chat.

How long does an order take?

Lead time is normally 3–7 business days from cleared deposit to handover to the courier. That is not warehouse-stock turnaround — units are bought against your spec after the deposit clears, so you are never paying for someone else's unsold inventory. Delays caused by market availability are communicated before the balance is due, and you may cancel unpurchased units at that point.

What do grades A+, A, B and C mean?

They are BiteLot's written definitions for cosmetic condition, Battery Health and parts. Every grade must also pass the functional checklist. Read the grading standard for the exact thresholds and evidence used for each unit.

How do I know the phones are not stolen or iCloud locked?

Each pre-owned unit receives a GSMA-based IMEI blacklist check and is erased, then taken through activation. Units reported lost or stolen, carrier-blacklisted, or asking for the previous owner's Apple Account are rejected. A clean-IMEI unit with an open carrier finance plan is eligible only when that status is disclosed on the price list. The checks and result are recorded for the unit.

Are the phones network-unlocked?

Stock is unlocked as standard. Carrier-locked US units are supplied only on request and always labeled. Network lock is stated for every unit. Cellular registration is checked with a test SIM where the model has a SIM tray, and with a test eSIM profile on eSIM-only models.

Which iPhones are eSIM-only and why does it matter?

iPhone Air has no physical SIM tray in any market. For iPhone 14 through 16, US models are eSIM-only; iPhone 17-family SIM configurations vary by model and purchase market. Check the current model-codes and SIM guide, and state "physical SIM required" in your inquiry when needed. Confirm eSIM activation with the destination carrier before ordering.

Can you supply sealed new iPhones?

You may request sealed foreign-spec new units, but a dated quote confirms actual availability. They remain unopened. I verify the IMEI and serial number on the box against Apple's coverage check and record the intact box seals on video. Check the exact model specification and individual Apple warranty coverage before approving the unit.

Do you offer a warranty?

Pre-owned units have a 60-day functional warranty from delivery and a 15-day return window for confirmed functional faults. Report lot-list mismatches within 48 hours with an unboxing video. Returns require an RMA number valid for 14 days. Physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, repair or software changes after delivery are excluded. A carrier blacklist arising within the warranty period is covered unless the price list disclosed an open carrier finance plan. Sealed new units carry Apple's own warranty instead. Which countries do you ship to?

The site has buying guides for the UAE, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Malaysia, the Philippines, Pakistan, the UK and the US. Inquiries are welcome from any destination; shipment acceptance depends on a shipment-specific import check. You must confirm that commercial imports of used or foreign-spec phones are permitted at the destination and handle duties, registration and approvals.

Can I visit you in Shenzhen?

Yes. If you travel to Shenzhen, contact me to arrange a meeting in Huaqiangbei and a market walk. Video calls can also be arranged on working days, UTC+8.

Are you a company?

BiteLot is run by one person based in Shenzhen. I am the seller on your invoice, not a middleman introducing you to someone else. It is not a trading company with a showroom or overseas warehouse. Pre-owned units are inspected and shown per unit before shipment; sealed new units remain unopened and are shown with their box seals intact.

What are the five fields stated for every unit?

Version, Network lock, IMEI status, Activation Lock and SIM slot. These exact fields are stated for every unit on the price list and packing list so you can review the sales region and part number, lock and blacklist status, activation status, and physical-SIM or eSIM configuration.
