Invoice and payment
Ask for the invoice currency, the receiving bank details and who bears intermediary-bank charges before you transfer; all three are confirmed in writing on the proforma invoice.
Version, SIM and lock notes
Check the exact regional version, network lock and UK network requirements rather than relying on a country label.
Import rules in brief
Commercial imports follow the GOV.UK customs declaration process, including the applicable commodity code and valuation. GOV.UK publishes a customs valuation method for second-hand goods.
Customs and product records
- Agree the commodity description, second-hand valuation evidence and import entry route with the broker.
- Record the exact model, regional variant, condition, network-lock state and IMEI status per unit.
- Use the model-code guide to verify SIM hardware and bands instead of relying on labels such as “UK stock.”
Payment and shipment planning
BiteLot accepts bank transfer only. Review how to order and request a dated quote showing current availability, invoice currency and bank fees. Provide the destination, quantity and broker instructions for a shipping quote.
Buyer review
Compare the grading standard and inspection process with your resale requirements. Import declarations and product compliance remain the buyer’s responsibility under the terms.
Rules and agency procedures can change. Confirm the current process with the named authorities and a qualified importer or customs broker in United Kingdom before ordering. Carrier activation at the destination and door-to-door transit time are outside BiteLot's control: confirm both with your destination carrier and your freight forwarder. Importing remains the buyer's responsibility under the terms.
